It was unseasonably warm today (74°!) and I took full advantage of it by wearing my new bell sleeve top and platform loafers, both in blush pink. Actually, I mostly wore my slide sandals since my feet and ankles are super swollen lately. But I wanted to show off my new Kate Spade loafers (on the lesser swollen foot). They are true to size and the crinkle patent leather in blush is beyond gorgeous.
5/9/17 Update: I’ve returned the Kate Spade loafers, sadly. I could not fit into both shoes while pregnant and even postpartum because I was so swollen. Fortunately, the swelling is mostly gone but unfortunately, the loafers run large on my feet. My heels and backs of my ankles kept popping out while walking in the loafers, so back to the store they went.
Surprisingly, the non-maternity Pleione top from Nordstrom actually fits over my 36-week pregnant baby bump. The knit top is true to size and obviously stretchy and soft.
Please don’t mind the placement of the glider recliner chair, which I highly recommend by the way. It rocks when upright and swivels 360°. It reclines (quietly) too, so it’s perfect for nursing. It’s currently on sale too if you’re in the market for a nursery chair.
