outfits lately & the target shoe review

Lush cowl neck sweater dress in navy; Grey ribbed tights (old, similar); By FarylRobin for Target Celinda flats in grey velvet; Madewell pendant necklace (old, similar); J.Crew lucite link bracelet in blue (old, similar).

Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren bomber jacket (old, similar here & here); H&M cable knit sweater in white (old, similar); Current/Elliott ‘Stiletto’ jeans in black; Steve Madden leopard slip-on sneakers (old, similar); Vuarnet sunglasses (very old, similar).

Old Navy pintuck dress in black floral; Madewell donegal black tights (old, similar); Mossimo boots; J.Crew crackled crystal necklace in light pink (old, similar).

There’s a constant chill in the air lately, so it’s time for tights. I prefer bare legs but if you have cute shoes and boots, I don’t mind wearing tights.

Speaking of cute shoes and boots, here’s a follow up review of my recent Target shoe purchase (featured here). I am beyond pleased with the velvet ankle strap flats and ankle boots.

The embellished velvet ankle strap flats and stretch fabric ankle boots are true to size (I’m wearing my usual size 8 in the first and third images) and both styles are extremely comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in needed. The velvet flats have a cushioned insole and the jewel embellishments are pretty and eye-catching. These should be your dancing shoes at your holiday parties.

The ankle boots look like black suede and have the coolest rose gold detail on the inside panel of the heel. The heel height isn’t too high and it definitely has a sexy vibe. I also like the adjustable tie strap at the top of the boots, where the tops of the boots stayed put without any need for adjustments.

If you missed Target’s 30% off shoe sale last week, you’re in luck because Target is running another shoe sale this week with promo code SHOES. You get 25% off your shoe purchase until this Saturday night. I highly recommend both shoe styles, they are such a steal for the price.

Have a wonderful week! xx
