loving leather

Leather has always been a staple in my wardrobe, but it’s been limited to jackets and accessories.  I’ve had leather skirts and pants through the years, but I no longer fit into them (a shame since I have a snakeskin print leather skirt).  Well, once again, leather is huge for this fall and winter.  I remember lusting after leather jeans or leggings last year, but I didn’t pull the trigger.  But, I’ve recently expanded my leather wardrobe to now include a shift dress:

and leggings:

Check out my recent Nordstrom Anniversary Sale here to see me sporting the new leather. I love the summer but I am getting antsy for the cooler temps.  I don’t want a Ross Gellar/Friends leather situation (“the lotion and the powder have made a paste!”).

Are you excited for some leather action this fall?

I love the way leather leggings look! I bought a Vince brand pair last year on clearance at TJ Maxx for…well, not super cheap, but considerably less than retail. But in pictures, I really don’t look good in leggings, ha! Oh well, I spent enough that I’ll continue to wear them regardless. Love the leather leggings and shift you bought! 😉

I remember and love your Vince leggings! They are so much nicer than mine, yours is all leather (mine is just the front panel). And, you’re crazy, you look great in your pictures with the leggings. Rock them this fall and winter. And please let me know what you think of my outfits when I post this fall. xo
